Founder & CEO

Tanbir leads the company as Founder and Chief Executive Officer, guiding strategy, operations, and the team’s mission to connect farmers to global markets.

Professional background. Tanbir brings a strong foundation in finance, wealth management, and international trade. He currently works in Wealth Management Sector, where he focuses on financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management.

Education. Tanbir earned his business education from the University of Lethbridge School of Business, where he developed the analytical and client-focused skills that inform his leadership and advisory work.

What he brings to the team. Tanbir combines strategic vision with hands-on financial expertise to build sustainable, market-driven solutions. He prioritizes clear communication, long-term planning, and trusted partnerships—helping the company scale while keeping farmer welfare and global market access at the center of every decision.

Mowdud Ahmed

Project manager

Mowdud Ahmed is a Project Manager with an MBA in Information Technology Project Management from the USA and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from American International University.

He specializes in project planning, operations, and supply chain coordination, ensuring smooth execution of business activities from start to finish. His expertise in logistics, procurement, and process improvement helps improve efficiency and support business growth.

At the company, he manages key projects, coordinates with suppliers and clients, and supports strategic operations to ensure timely and successful delivery of business goals.

Richard Jang
